As one of the most technologically advanced sleeve labeling machines in the world, the Peiyu High-speed Hob Sleeve Labeling Machine only requires one unit and can package up to 58,000 containers per hour.
Compared with traditional machines, the label burrs generated by the cutter disc cutting are eliminated from the labeling process and design principles. The Peiyu High-speed Hob Sleeve Labeling Machine adopts a cutter disc-free design, and separates the labels with a unique drive control and continuous movement of the brush-down mechanism, rather than intermittent operation in a beat-type manner, thereby achieving high-speed sleeve labeling packaging.
Using a rotary perforation tool to pierce micro-holes on the sleeve label, zero burrs are generated, and the sleeve label works continuously without beat pauses.

Main Features of Steam Furnace:
1. The shrinking furnace is uniquely designed according to the shrinking characteristics of the label. The height, width and narrowness of the nozzle can be adjusted. The perspective window can observe the entire shrinking process. The shrinking furnace is divided into 3/4/5 temperature zones. The temperature of each zone is adjusted according to the shrinking requirements to achieve the best shrinking effect.
2. The unique inlet and outlet design can condense steam to prevent steam leakage. Double-layer insulation, steam trap and steam filter are used to effectively discharge steam moisture. The bottom integral water tray collects condensed water and takes over the pipe for centralized discharge.
3. The adjustable exhaust duct design can adjust the exhaust volume according to the shrinkage of each section, adjust the steam in the shrinking furnace, and send the steam away under the action of the fan to improve the working environment of the workshop.
4. Steam decompression is completed in 2 steps. The first step is to reduce the pressure to 0.4Mp. The second step is to reduce the pressure to 0.2-0.1Mpa using a Japanese pressure reducing valve to meet the requirements of high temperature and low pressure shrinkage.
Steam Energy Saving Scheme
1. During normal production, the steam proportional valve is configured to increase the opening and closing degree according to the temperature required by the production speed.
2. When the production speed is reduced, the steam proportional valve is reduced in opening and closing, reducing the steam flow.
3. During short-term standby, the steam proportional valve has a small opening and closing degree to maintain the furnace cavity temperature and reduce steam loss.
4. When the machine is shut down for a long time, the angle seat valve is closed to stop the steam from entering.
